dtktoto Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what we collect when you use dtktoto and how we keep that data protected. When you open an account with us, upload a government ID for verification, or deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank transfer, we capture personal and financial information. We use that data only to verify your identity, process your payments, detect fraud, and improve your experience on our platform.

We at dtktoto are committed to transparency about our data practices. We do not sell your information to advertisers or third parties. We share data only with the payment processors and service providers who help us operate—for example, the payment gateways that settle your mobile banking or local payment deposits, or the identity-verification vendors who scan your passport or national ID card. Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction, but your data travels encrypted and is accessed only by authorised staff.

These practices apply across all dtktoto access points: the Android app, iOS browser, and desktop. On mobile especially, we minimise data collection to reduce your data-usage footprint. We collect no location data, no device identifiers, and no browsing history outside dtktoto.

Data We Collect on dtktoto

We collect the minimum information needed to run dtktoto. When you sign up, we ask for your email, phone number, full name, and date of birth. When you verify your account, we request a photo of a government-issued ID—passport, national identity card, or driver's license. We keep that photo encrypted and delete it after verification unless we have a legal reason to retain it.

When you deposit, we capture the payment method you use, the amount, and the date and time of the transaction. We do not store your bank account number or e-wallet PIN. Payment processors (our partners at each bank and e-wallet provider) handle the actual credentials. We see only the transaction confirmation.

On the mobile app, we collect app-usage data—which markets you view, which bets you place, whether you've enabled push notifications. We do not collect your GPS location, device ID, or browsing history outside the dtktoto app. Data usage is minimal by design: a session viewing Liga 1 odds, placing a Piala Indonesia bet, or checking live-dealer tables uses less than 1 MB per hour.

ID document handling: We process government IDs only for account verification. We do not use them for secondary marketing, credit scoring, or any purpose beyond confirming your identity on dtktoto.

How We Use Your Data on dtktoto

We use your email and phone number to send account security alerts—if someone tries to log in from a new device, we notify you immediately. We use your name, date of birth, and ID photo to verify you're a real person and that you're of legal age. We use your payment history to prevent fraud, refund duplicate deposits, and dispute reversals if you claim a transaction didn't go through.

We analyse your betting and gaming patterns to improve dtktoto's experience—for example, if most users on the Android app disable notifications during Idul Fitri, we might suggest a "quiet hours" feature. We do not use your data to build ad profiles or sell to third parties. We do not share your betting history with the payment processors.

We keep data for as long as you have an active account on dtktoto, plus two years after you close it (to handle disputes or tax inquiries). If you ask us to delete your account, we anonymise your historical data so we can no longer identify you, but we retain transaction records for legal compliance in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and other jurisdictions where we operate.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use service providers to help operate dtktoto. These partners include payment gateways (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), identity-verification vendors, and cloud hosting providers. Each of these organisations has access to portions of your data—for example, mobile banking sees your phone number and deposit amount, but not your sports betting history. We bind all service providers to strict confidentiality agreements and audit their security practices annually.

Data categories we collect

  • Account credentials (email, phone, password)
  • Identity documents (government ID photo)
  • Financial information (payment method, transaction history)
  • Activity logs (bets placed, games accessed, app sessions)
  • Device information (app version, phone OS type, not device ID)
